The UK Cyber Security Association is proud to announce a new partnership with The Cyber Helpline, a free, confidential helpline for individuals in the UK who have been a victim of cyber-crime or are experiencing online security issues.

We often get contacted by individuals or sole traders who have been affected by cyber-crime, and while we try to offer help and advice to everyone who gets in touch with us our focus is on supporting individuals, companies and organisations who actively work in the cyber security industry. Partnering with The Cyber Helpline in this way is perfect for us, as we will be able to refer anyone who needs help and support to them.

The Cyber Helpline exists to help individuals – and sole traders – contain, recover and learn from cyber-attacks by linking them with an intelligent chatbot and human experts who provide relevant advice and guidance.

They know, as we do at the UK Cyber Security Association, that technology and cyber security can be confusing, so The Cyber Helpline ensures that they provide help in plain English and ensure that their users fully understand their situation, options and next steps. Their dedicated chatbot offers 24/7 help and advice and their expert volunteers are on hand to provide extra help and support if needed.

The Cyber Helpline is a not-for profit organisation and you can find out more about them here – https://www.thecyberhelpline.com/gethelp
