Lisa Ventura, CEO & Founder of the UK Cyber Security Association, said: “To be selected as one of SC Magazine’s Top 50 Women of Influence in Cyber Security is a huge honour. I entered the cyber security industry in 2009and over the years I’ve seen the industry grow and develop as many look to develop new ways to keep us safe from the growing cyber threat. In my current capacity as CEO & Founder of the UK Cyber Security Association I work tirelessly to raise as much awareness as possible as to the importance of cyber security – not just at board level but for all employees of businesses and the general public too. Cyber security really is everyone’s responsibility and the more that can be done to help educate people as to the importance of it, the better equipped the UK will be to combat the growing cyber threat.”
